I am honored to serve as vice chair of the Newington Board of Education.

Serving as the youngest member of our board has been a privilege and an incredible opportunity to connect not just with students, but also parents and community members. I have had the pleasure of working across the aisle and across generations to ensure our students receive a better education than those that came before. These past few years have been incredibly tough on all our school systems and they need our support. 

I am running again because I love our teachers, staff, students and our community. Newington must continue to be a place that attracts new families and flourishes from a high achieving student body. A lot of drama is heard about Board of Ed’s at the national level, but my focus is keeping all the hullabaloo out of our school system. I am ready to leave the politics out of the board and focus on the PEOPLE!
